This winter we have teamed up with Stevie Baxter from The Sporting Pursuit to deliver our first two webinars, with a third delivered by Cricket Ireland and staff from the Norther Cricket Union. “Developing Club Environments” – a brilliant opportunity for coaches of all sporting codes to interact with Stevie Baxter of The Sporting Pursuit and learn how to produce truly effective coaching processes ultimately leading to long term success for clubs and growing participation numbers. “Culture Build” - as coaches we all want to create the optimum environment for players to grow. This webinar will give coaches the opportunity to look at best practices in delivering positive culture within their own teams and clubs, and how influential they can be on developing the person and not just the player. “Best Practice in Coaching”- this webinar focuses on the current best practices in coaching, and allows a space for coaches to reflect on their current practices and develop those further.
